Smartphone sales will surpass worldwide PC sales by the end of 2011, RBC says. Global mobile phone sales totalled 286.1 mln units in Q2 2009, a 6.1% decrease from Q2 2008, according to Gartner.

However, smartphone sales surpassed 40 mln units, a 27% increase from Q2 2007, representing the fastest-growing segment of the mobile-devices market.

I have been working in IT for several years supporting various organisations on a voluntary and also in paid employment.

I have gained several IT qualifications including Microsoft and CompTIA certification.

Having over 8 years experience in IT, Supporting various organisation with there IT infrastructure i have also helped several companies implement a remote VPN solution which allows me to offer both remote and telephone support to users.

I have a passion for IT and enjoy helping people to get the most out of the IT setup, I always try to give them friendly honest advise.
